Aging and Disability Resource Center

The Merrimack County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) serves people of all ages, abilities, and income levels. Certified Community Resource Specialists provide person-centered options counseling to help people find and coordinate community resources based on thier needs: like home care, health insurance, food and housing. The ADRC specializes in helping older adults, people with disabilities, and their families, access long-term supports and services to live as independently as possible.
