Early Care & Education
CAPBM early childhood development programs serve pregnant parents, their families, and children up to age five, to promote school readiness. Head Start Preschool for ages 3-5 years and Early Head Start Home-Based services for pregnant parents and children up to 3 years are offered at no cost to families. Child care is also available for ages 6 weeks to 5 years at affordable rates in Concord and Laconia to families that meet eligibility requirements.
